      The township project above 100 acres in size providing social, economic, educational, healthcare & recreational infrastructure and ancillary facilities that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level.     • Residential Projects of the Year:
      1. Low Cost Housing Project of the Year
        The residential project below carpet area of 30 sqm for metro (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Kolkata) and 60 sqm for Tier-II cities not exceeding 40 lacs and 20 lacs in cost respectively. (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodra, Rajkot, Pune, Nashik Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi) that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level, while offering a decent, safe and hygienic environment for residents. The project should have been delivered or in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.
      2. Affordable Housing Project of the Year
        The residential project with minimum carpet area of 30 sqm for metro (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Kolkata) and 60 sqm for tier II cities not exceeding 60 lacs and 30 lacs in cost respectively (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodra, Rajkot, Pune, Nashik Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi) that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level, while offering a well-planned interior & exterior spaces and ancillary amenities for a healthy living. The project should have been delivered or in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.
      3. Mid-Segment Project of the Year
        The residential project with minimum carpet area of 90 sqm for metro (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Kolkata) and 110 sqm for tier II cities not exceeding 2 cr and 1 cr in cost respectively (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodra, Rajkot, Pune, Nashik Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi) that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level, while offering a well-planned interior & exterior spaces and ancillary amenities for a holistic living. The project should have been delivered or in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.
    • Luxury Project of the Year
      The residential project with minimum carpet area of 120 sqm for metro (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Kolkata) and 150 sqm for tier II cities not exceeding 6 cr and 3 cr in cost respectively (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodra, Rajkot, Pune, Nashik Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi) that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level, while offering a luxury lifestyle amenities. The project should have been delivered or in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.
    • Ultra Luxury-Lifestyle Project of the Year
      The residential project with minimum carpet area of 150 sqm for metro (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore & Kolkata) and above 6 cr and 3 cr in cost respectively (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodra, Rajkot, Pune, Nashik Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi) that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level, while offering international standards and branded design & living amenities. The project should have been delivered or in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.
    • Green Project of the Year
      A project conceptualised and developed involving eco-friendly design and construction and ensuring the preservation of the environment during its lifecycle.
    • Themed Project of the Year
      The project based on a particular theme that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level while offering unique design and services, and was delivered/ in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.
    • Villa Project of the Year
      The project comprising independent houses/bungalows/villas with additional lifestyle amenities and has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level. The project should have been delivered/ in process of delivery from April 2012 to March 2017.

    • Developer of the Year – Commercial
      The developer who has demonstrated leadership and innovation in the design and development of commercial properties. The projects considered will include those delivered or in the process of delivery between April 2012 to March 2017.
