- Project must be RERA-registered with a valid, active registration number; entries with lapsed or cancelled RERA registration are not eligible.
- Developer must hold clear, marketable title and all statutory approvals (environmental clearance, fire NOC, building plan sanction) for the phase/project entered.
- One entry per distinct project; group projects/phases must be entered individually with phase-wise RERA numbers.

NOMINATION GUIDELINES
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- The project must be located within the specified zone to be eligible for nomination.
- Applicable to hospitality projects, eligible under either of two tracks: (a) Completed - Occupancy/Completion Certificate received within the preceding 3 years of the nomination deadline; or (b) On-going - under construction with a minimum of 30% physical completion as on the nomination deadline, provided the project was launched within the preceding 5 years of the nomination deadline.
- Project must be RERA-registered with a valid, active registration number; entries with lapsed or cancelled RERA registration are not eligible.
- Developer must hold clear, marketable title and all statutory approvals (environmental clearance, fire NOC, building plan sanction) for the phase/project entered.
- One entry per distinct project; group projects/phases must be entered individually with phase-wise RERA numbers.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Submit online entry form with project name, developer name, RERA registration number & QR code/certificate copy, location with pin code, project category write-up (600–800 words covering concept, USP, scale, target segment).
- Attach: master plan/layout, minimum 5 high-resolution images/renders (300 DPI, landscape), site/floor plans, list of amenities & specifications, sustainability/green certifications if any (IGBC/GRIHA/LEED), sales/possession status note, and authorised signatory contact details.
- Additional supporting material (drone footage, walkthrough video, press coverage) may be submitted as optional annexures.
- Entries must be submitted before the nomination deadline; incomplete dossiers will not be shortlisted.
