Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 40 or below as of 30th April 2025
• Candidates must have made significant contributions to the Real Estate or allied sectors.
• Both self-nominations and third-party nominations are accepted.
• Multiple nominees of the same company can be nominated.

Submission Requirements

• Nomination Form: Complete the official nomination form with accurate details.

• Achievements:
  -Highlight landmark work, innovations, or contributions
  -Significant projects, innovations, or milestones achieved
• Supporting Documents:
  -Awards, certifications, or recognitions (if any).
  -Media coverage or project case studies (optional).
• Essay: A 250-word write-up on:
  -Your vision for the future of Real Estate
  -How your contributions are shaping the industry
• Photo: Submit a high-resolution professional image of at least 300 DPI, minimum 6 inches wide, in JPEG (5MB+) or PNG (8MB+) format, ensuring a clean background and clear visibility. Save the file with your full name and send it via the designated portal or email before the deadline.
• Proof of Age: Submit a valid government-issued proof of age (e.g., passport, Aadhaar card, driver’s license, or birth certificate) as part of your application. Ensure the document is clear, legible, and submitted in PDF or JPEG format.
• Video Submission (Optional)
  Duration: Maximum of 120 seconds (2 minutes).
