I. WHO CAN NOMINATE?

  • - Self-Nomination – The nominee herself can apply.
  • - Company/Employer – Organizations can nominate deserving women from their teams.
  • - Colleagues/Peers – Industry peers can nominate a deserving professional.
  • - Clients/Associates – Clients or business associates can submit nominations.

II. NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS

Each nomination must include the following:

Nominee Information:

  • Full Name
  • Designation & Organization
  • Contact Details (Phone & Email)

Supporting Documents (Mandatory):

  • Nomination PPT (As per the provided template)
  • Profile & Achievements (Maximum 1000 words)
  • Awards & Recognition (If any)
  • Industry Contributions & Social Impact
  • High-Resolution Photograph (JPEG/PNG format)
  • Company/Personal Logo (PDF/PNG format)

Additional Supporting Documents (Optional but Recommended):

  • Video Testimonial (2-3 min)
  • Media Coverage, Press Releases, or Published Articles
  • Client/Peer Testimonials

III. JUDGING CRITERIA & WEIGHTAGES

This structured evaluation framework ensures fairness and transparency in recognizing exceptional women entrepreneurs and professionals in the real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

  1. LEADERSHIP & VISION – 25%
    - Strategic leadership in the real estate sector.
    - Ability to drive innovation, growth, and market influence.
    - Decision-making, problem-solving, and resilience in business operations.
  2. BUSINESS GROWTH, INNOVATION & MARKET IMPACT – 30%
    -Business performance, revenue growth, and scalability.
    - Innovation in real estate development, design, or technology (PropTech, Smart Cities, Sustainable Design, etc.).
    - Successful execution of landmark projects or ground-breaking initiatives.
  3. INDUSTRY CONTRIBUTION & INFLUENCE – 20%
    - Role in shaping the real estate sector through policies, mentorship, or advocacy.
    - Engagement in industry forums, associations, or regulatory bodies.
    - Thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles.
  4. SUSTAINABILITY & SOCIAL IMPACT – 15%

FINAL SCORING & WINNER SELECTION

  • Each criterion will be scored out of 10 by an independent jury panel.
  • The total weighted score will determine the final ranking.
  • In case of a tie, the jury will evaluate the qualitative impact and legacy contributions.
